    After reading just a few pages it’s evident that this author has no clue what he’s talking about. The description of free range eggs being better for you because they’re, “healthier and safer for your body to consume,” is not based in fact and there is no scientific evidence to back this. I really try not to judge free books too harshly but this one is just ridiculous.

    Some general good ideas and OK recipes but the language and poor sentence structure make this a struggle to read. I gave this book the second star but some of the sentences are actually funny. I don’t even know what some of them are trying to tell me.

    Not to demean Mr. Miles, but this book reads like a eighth grade book report that was banged out the night before it's due. It is rife with grammatical errors and poor sentence structure which make it difficult to read. It also has several contradictions that I was able to notice from just skimming. On top of all that, it provides a very narrow view of ketosis, not nearly enough information to make the choice and the commitment to living a ketogenic life. What information is provided depicts a quick "eat this and not that" fad diet. No one will achieve their goals with this book, and many will immediately write the entire diet off without having actually ever experienced any of the benefits of ketogenisis. It isn't even a good starting point. Please don't read this book. There are much better options that provide a clearer picture of not only the benefits, but also the commitment involved. Thank you.

    Worthless read. The typo’s are bad enough but the contradictions killed me. The author obviously googled “kept diet” and became an instant amateur expert.

    LOVED THE BOOK! Not too much information overload and a quick read so that I could start my Keto Diet asap. Only downside was the there were more than a few grammatical errors.
